Windblocker to Chevrolet Camaro 1994-2002 (and Pontiac Firebirds)
Use a wind blocker in your Chevrolet Camaro Convertible to heavily reduce windblown hair, ear and neck discomfort, draught around your legs and poor acoustics.
This wind deflector has also been tested out to fit on two Pontiac Firebirds in the same year spans, 1994-2002, to fit quite well. It appears that the Firebirds might be a little less wider in the rear seat area, so the fitting is very very tight in the Firebirds. Please see one of the pictures that it is possible to shorten the attachment pins to the sides, if necessary.
In additions to this, also early Camaros 1987-1993 are reporting to have these fitted (the rear pins need to be secured under/at the latch with some personalized solution, see example from customers own solution in the pictures).
This model specific Windblocker Toplift offer is of very high quality, manufactured in Europe from the high quality materials such as special woven mesh and tubular frame.
Please note that this wind deflector is tailored for the Chevrolet Camaro 1994-2002 (and Pontiac Firebirds), and not a one-size-fits-all solution.
The windblocker is fitted in no-time, you need to drill new holes to the side walls in the rear seat for the attachment pins (unless you have original holes from before). The necessary screws are supplied with the wind deflector to achieve a good fit (except for if you want to install it to a Gen 3 Camaro, where you need to solve the rear fixing with your own creativity).
The wind defector is supplied with instructional picture/pictures. We rarely get any questions on how the simple installation is made. But if you do have questions, we will try our very best to help you.

Very easy to install and a stable product with great finish, design and quality. The two holes I had to make for the fixings in the sides were located at the marks on the rear side of the panel, which made the measuring and drilling easier. The wind deflector makes a severe difference when driving top down. The sound with the top down is the same as with the top up, up to 120 kilometers/hour, and you do not feel the turbulence to the neck or from traffic! When I go faster than 120 km/h the wind sound comes back. It is an unrealistic and almost surreal nice feeling to enjoy the summer, the car, the sound of the V8 and great music from the stereo with the roof down, windows and wind deflector up balanced with the comfort coolness from the AC coming from down below in the coupe….

I bought this wind deflector to the tuffer brother of the Camaros, my Pontiac Firebird as I thought it would fit well also in this car – and it did. There are already marked out holes on the rear seat panel for the attachments, so I did not need to make any adjustment at all. It is possible that the width of the area between the side panels in the rear seat of the car is a little narrower in the Pontiac, because it was a very tight fit and I could not use the feathered pins to make a distance between the side panel and the wind deflector – but it still sits very nice and does the job well.
Very good finish on the wind deflector and great service from Toplift, that did promise me to take the wind deflector back if it would not fit to the Firebird. Now you can add this car to the list for this wind deflector!

Serious, honest and positive respons from Toplift.
Peter was not completely sure if it would actually fit in my car. But it is now well in place, after a smaller adjustment at the attachment points.

I went to Toplift with my Camaro from 1987 to see if I could get the wind deflector to fit also this car. Peter helped in checking if it would fit, and it seemed to do so. Said and done, Peter got the tools out and helped me install the wind deflector, it looked great. Now, there is no much less wind turbulence driving the car. My wife would even not have to redo the hair after the drive.

Hi Peter,
I have now turned the attachment pins so that they do not come out so far in the locked position, the wind deflector will now fit excellent into the car. See attached pictures, the turned axel is approx 8 mm less on each side. The wind deflector is now in place and fits excellent (Tip to others, if you feel like, you can shorten the attachment pints if you like). /Ronny
